Ordering pictures will be done on a prepaid basis, like fall pictures.
Only children who return an envelope with payment will be photographed.

Book Fair
Book Fair
The Hawaiian Luau Spring Book Fair is coming soon. It is April 16 - 20th. It will be in the Little Theatre in the Elementary School. The hours will be:
Monday - 9-4
Tuesday 9-4
Wednesday 9-4
Thursday 12-8
Friday 9-4
On Thursday, April 19th there will be a dinner event from 5:00 - 7:00pm. There will be hot dogs and chips sponsored by the Lakeview Badgers 4-H Club and slushies sponsored by the CGB-PTO. Enjoy a night out for dinner while shopping at the book fair.
The PTO is looking for volunteers to help set up the book fair and to help shoppers during the book fair. Please contact Julie Cady at mom2@wi.rr.com or 262-285-3985 if you are interested. We are looking for 2 - 3 hour blocks of time.

Minutes - February 6, 2012
The PTO met at the Belgium Community Center on Feb. 6th at 6:30 pm.
The main topic of discussion was the upcoming Sunday Funday Event.

The Sunday Funday will be a 9-pin Scotch Doubles Bowling Tournament.
@ Belgium Community Center
This means two people will be bowling as a team. This is generally an adult and a child, but can be two children or two adults.
Sunday, March 4, 2012 from Noon to 3 pm (Check-In at 11:30 am)
Two divisions:
Jr. (9 & Up) - bowl 4 games - $12.00
Bantom (8 & Under) - bowl 2 games - $6.00
There will also be other activities:
50/50 Raffle - #10 Pool
Wheel of Fortune Prizes / Colored Head Pin Strikes
Pint Glasses & Pizzas for sale
Bake Sale
This event is sponsored by the CGB-PTO.
The money raised will be used for upgrading the playground equipment for CGB Students!
So get ready to BOWL, EAT, WIN prizes, and have FUN all for a great cause!

This is being held April 16 - 20 and will include a family evening event as well.
Spring Pictures are coming up.
The PTO needs pictures for this years Memory Book. If you have any pictures of school sponsored events, please contact Vicki Gasser @ vicgasser@gmail.com or by phone 920-668-6588. These pictures need to be the highest quality possible so that they will print well in the year book. Picture size must be at least 800 kb. Vicky needs these pictures by the first part of April in order to get them in the year book, so please contact her as soon as possible if you have pictures she can use.

Dec 6, 2011 Meeting Minutes
On Tuesday, December 6th, the PTO met at the Elementary School Library.
There were 4 parents and 2 committee members present.

Items discussed were:
- Marcus Movie Ticket Fundraiser. The totals were going to be submitted after the meeting and the order picked up the following day.
- The upcoming meeting with the manager for the Belgium Community Center in regards to what type of events might be possible.
- The blog. What do we want it to be and what type of pages should we have. It was agreed that the "Teachers Needs" page would be added. It was also agreed that the blog should be linked to the main CGBSD website. Julie was going to contact the CGBSD webmaster to do that.
- PTO meeting attendance. We discussed ways in which we could get the word out and get more parents involved in attending the PTO meetings.
